If they had a cardiac hx, YES I would consider it a manditory transport, if they were symptomatic, yea, i would transport. There are some good CD-Roms out there that show good treatment pictures and how to treat and not transport. This is so common now that I am surprised that some MD's are not familiar with treatment or maybe they are part of the ER that you would transport to.
