Guest guest
LOL, get the name of that cream! I had some froze off and they came back. I always thought they were like a friction thing because I got them where things rubbed too much (like where my bra strap rubs into the armpit) Anyway, I have a couple on my neck that are miniscule, they are the ones growing back. A few days of lysine and one on my neck just scraped away and the other one on my neck is going. I was shocked when I got in the shower this morning and the one in my armpit is drying up. It's only been a week or two... so very shocked by that... in a great way! PS almost every member of my family has these. Not my kids yet. --- Toni To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Sat, July 3, 2010 7:57:23 AMSubject: Skin Tags Toni, stick with me for a minute because you (and others) may find this interesting. Have you always had skin tags? Or is a new development? I have a young (dd) family member who developed skin tags at age 5ish. Her mom didn't know what they were at first and kept plucking them off only to find them literally multiplying. Turns out, they're a type of wart somehow related to the herpes virus - they are pretty typical in kids and are communicable. So off she goes to the doctor who tried to treat them with a topical cream. She can not remember the name of it but apparently, it works by getting absorbed into the bloodstream and taking care of the problem from the inside - out. It did not work (or so she thought) - so they "froze" them off (I suppose much like you would treat a regular wart.). She's fine and beautiful and all her warts are gone to no subsequence except one: Her dd symptoms are all gone. She no longer requires special-ed and is in fact, at the top of her class as far as academics go. Granted, she was receiving speech and ot through school, but I find it amazing that after the weeks of cream treatments, that's when she really started to turn the corner. This is a child who survives on potato chips and chocolate milk and swoosh! just like that - all those developmental delays vanished. By the way, she does have a little sister w/ classic autism traits (no dx yet, but is more severe than her sister ever was). Sometimes I secretly pray the little one will get those warts, too because I honestly believed it helped. Am I crazy? Guest guest
I've asked her a few times what the name of it is and all she could remember is that it's an "anti-cancer" cream. Looking around, I came across "Imiquimod". I will see her tomorrow and ask if it sounds familiar. To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Sat, July 3, 2010 9:28:55 AMSubject: Re: Skin Tags LOL, get the name of that cream! Guest guest
I thought I answered this? Is yahoo being kooky? Guest guest
I've used Aldera about a year ago and I didn't have any negative reactions. Now I usually am about going natural routes at first so I would def say try the lysine initially. I have to say though I don't really like pharmaceuticals but the aldera cleared up my problems almost immediately and all the other (very painful) things I had tried before did not. JMHO > > I think it's called Aldara which is the brand of Imiquimod, if that is what the cream was... but this doesn't sound cool http://www.naturalnews.com/019906.html > --- Toni > > > > > > > >To: mb12 valtrex > >Sent: Sun, July 4, 2010 1:35:15 AM > >Subject: Re: Skin Tags > > > > > > >> > > > >Wow this is so interesting. ..I only started to get the skin tags when I was pregnant with my first. Then most of them went away with very few remaining. When I got pregnant with my second, they all came back again and its 9 months later and I still have some left over. None of my kids have skin tags. Please let me know the name of the cream for myself! I was just about to go to the dermo to get them removed. > > > > > > > > > >
