We head back today for our first adjustment too and have definitely hit the outlet stores before . That would certainly relieve many of my worries as a mom. As for the tort, I know what you mean. My son has been in PT for a year this month, and he is FINALLY getting released today! I worry more about his tort than I truly ever did his plagio and am a little stressed out today, knowing that we are not going to be monitored any longer. Just keep doing your exercises, your stretches and as much tummy time as will tolerate. It helps!!!!!
