Guest guest
Hi, I visited last night. Didn't see Aldo. Meant to post earlier, but haven't been able to. I had asked Aldo at last week's meeting if he thought would mind a visitor so I offered to pay her a visit. She is recovering quite well given the complication and is just sore and finding it difficult to get about. Last night they were contemplating sending her home on Thursday. We chatted for about half an hour. She is focusing on the " big picture " of what is to come and not letting the setback worry her too much! Although it sounds like it was a bit of a drama! I had an extra .2ml put in last Friday, taking me up to 1.6ml. I had a kilo last week that was gone one day, back the next--was frustrating especially when it was gone for weigh in! Yesterday they gym scales indicated a further 2kg loss (one of them must have been that fluctuating kilo!). I try to weigh only once a week. So unofficially I have lost 25 kilos since Nov 15, 1999. I am now feeling more restricted, not like when I was too restricted but definitely knowing when I have eaten and feeling yuck the next morning if I have pushed a lttle too far. Today's lunch is definitley smaller, I have been having a cappucino for breakfast at work, sometimes I have a banana but don't want to eat in the morning. It is just a slightly dfferently feeeling from fills before but encouraging. See what happens over the next few weeks until my next visit, As I have found that weight loss tends to wane by time of next visit, most signicant weight loss is in the first 2-3 weeks after fill. Today I wore a suit to work that I bought from Myer Direct and never returned when it didn't fit. I have also sort of put my hair up and couple of people have commented on my appearance, one person even asking twice if I was going to an interview--I didn't think this was too special an outfit, amazing what losing a bit of weight can do.
