Thanks for the vote of confidence - for both of us! The August labs are

going to be the decisive ones about tapering the pred.

Got up at the crack of dawn to study. As for relaxation, this weekend is

Obon - a big summer Buddhist holiday. The local Buddhist temple does a huge

Obon fair that I've been attending since before was born. Time to

win some goldfish, try not to blow too much money on books and houseplants,

check out the ikebana, play Buddhist bingo, yell at to lay off

eating too much salty unagi and udon...

Hope everyone enjoys what's left of the weekend.
