Guest guest
Thanks for the pictures, . I was wondering why my feet looked like that!! Mine look just like yours and I've had the ridges in my finger pads, too, but haven't noticed any for awhile. Wish I could see the fingernail ridges. Mine are vertical, very fine and very close to each other, accounting for about 30 (??) per fingernail. If I seem obsessed about the fingernail thing, it's because I always had such nice, smooth nails. Mine are still thick but the ridges bother me. I always thought it was a vitamin deficitiency or perhaps just aging. Anyway..... Janet > Help. I have gather some pics. Guest guest
Hi Janet, I didn't really think about it, but I have a lot of tiny ridges in mine. I'll see if I can get a shot of those too . Thanks for looking. I am not the only one with ungly feet . Have a great day! -- In NaturalThyroidHormones , " whitecap89 " <ggmts@c...> wrote: > Thanks for the pictures, . I was wondering why my feet looked like that!! Guest guest
I thought I might make a comment on the nail ridges.. I had one on my thumb, the other nails were brittle, splitting and off color... that one with the ridge, though, the thumb of my left hand.. It bothered me a lot... I would rub it all the time... I got into the habit of taking a file to it to smooth it down so that I didn't rub at it so much....The last time I filed it down was Valentine's Day. 2003! So it's been gone now for just over a year!!! Granted.. I only had the one... but it did go away! My nails are back to being normal color and aren't chipping and nasty like they were, even my toenails are getting better. AND I'm better fewer ingrown toenails!
