michelle, i'm having a "sleepless in encinitas" night due too much asthma-related coughing... so i caught your post just as it came in. i can personally vouch for rhinocort having no smell, and it's never given me headaches... i've been taking it a few years now, as part of a drug regimen to keep a 3rd sinus surgery (for pesky allergy-triggered polyps) at bay. it's good stuff. i just wanted to assure you that as far as some nasal sprays go, rhinocort's a very easy medication to take. i hope it works for you.
