Guest guest
for us that ment an opiate and we got rid of it with gfcfsf diet Sensitivity in Fingers DS has some hyper-sensitivity in his fingers. He just doesn't like dealing with messy stuff; he hates if he gets some ketchup on his fingers while eating. And I believe this is causing his unusual fine motor delay. Can someone tell me what is this hyper-sensitivity in fingers related to? Is it a vitamin B1 deficiency or a vitamin B2 deficiency? Or is it something else? Guest guest
I didn't start treatments on one of mine till age 14. He went from struggling in special needs schooling to regular educations classes at age 15. I think that almost everyone can be recovered, but I do think that the sooner, the more close they will be to 99% recovered. My boy is now 18, and he still needs diet and treatments to keep symptoms away. He finished out the last three years of high school without the need for modifications and no one thinking he had " all those diagnoses " before, but he is not the same as he would have been had he been recovered sooner or never ill. So, have hopes of recovery enough to fit-in, but there will always be some markings of some sort, even if just because they grew up in a different mind-set for a time. But, those markings are often no more than what is typically seen in the general population. There are so many with ADD and clumsiness and OCD who go around undiagnosed who fit in as well. I have one that stims when her zinc levels are low, so I wonder if stimming in general is related to that. What has rid OCD at my house was Mindlinx, Resveratrol, Houttuynia, and Cumanda. They can cause really bad die-off, so one needs to understand how to use them properly, and have things for die-off on board. We use Modifilan, broccoli sprouts (comes in capsules), and several other things for die-off and liver support. Zthromax is the antibiotic that is most commonly used. Often, people can get worse when initially starting treatments. We use anti-inflammatories and digestion support like turmeric, ginger root, Acai berry, Goji, digestive enzymes, cod liver oil, etc. It seems as if there are many little things throughout their bodies that are not working correctly, so that several things seem to be needed. Love and prayers, Heidi N What are the best antibacterials to help eliminate ocd's? My ten yo boy has many ocd behaviors and rituals. He also stims (flaps hands) and paces. He other than those tell tale asd behaviors appears very typical, We are also working on appropriate social skills and conversational skills. His Dan doc told me I have to get working on his protocol before puberty sets in, which led me to believe if hes not recovered by puberty that it'll be too late. Any suggestions? love and blessings Teri
Guest guest
Although DS used to repeat the same thing over and over again, his strep test came back negative. How else do I test OCD? Thanks for the encouraging words Heidi. We were pretty late in diagnosing my son since he was always talking and knew all his numbers, letters, etc. He was 3.5 when we realized that something isn't quite right and 4 before we got a final diagnosis. We've been doing biomedical since the past one year. Although now he is not hyperactive anymore and much more compliant than before, he is still not conversing. He has been talking for quite a while but not communicating. I'm just longing to see him do that. The day we did high dose Vit.A I saw some difference in him since he has high measles. The bad news is that I can't repeat it before another 6 months. And the DAN has allowed only 5000 I.U. per day for his weight (32 lbs.). We are just not able to get rid of that devil - measles. I'm just so frustrated. > > I didn't start treatments on one of mine till age 14. He went from > struggling in special needs schooling to regular educations classes at > age 15. Guest guest
OCD is a label like autism. It just means a group of particular behaviors that significantly impair one at school or home or relationships, etc. But, what is being found is that when the biomedical treatments are given for autism (digestive aids, antivirals, antibacterials, detoxers, anti-inflammatories, etc.), then their autism symptoms are decreasing, but also other diagnoses are being rid, such as OCD, ADHD, asthma, seizures, Bipolar, etc. There is not a medical test for OCD, but many are reporting losing OCD symptoms from biomedical treatments. Antibacterials seem to be the most likely to rid OCD, but some also need probiotics to ensure certain B vitamins, like inositol, start being produced and absorbed by the body. Hopefully at some point in the future, when and if mainstream medical catches up to what is being accomplished in the autism recovery arena, there will be a medical test for OCD. Right now, mainstream medical still thinks that psych meds are the best treatment. I had one on psych meds for OCD and other things, and they only helped a tiny bit. Within a few days of biomed, I was freaking out at how successful a few digestive aids were in comparison to psych meds. Guest guest
Thanks for your reply. Appreciate your help. However, now I have some more questions. This protocol says that you can go upto 1 tsp x thrice daily. Some parents have suggested going low and slow. I would be apprehensive to go that high with my little guy (32 lbs). Also you mentioned parasite cleanse. What's the best time to do that? Before or after anti-viral? And how do I know whether DS needs it at all. Is there a specific order for anti-bacterial, anti-viral, parasites? I do have Rx anti-fungal onboard already. Best regards, Arpita. > > > > > > I didn't start treatments on one of mine till age 14.
