I've got four Tysabri treatments down and I'm doing well. are they working? who knows. I think I'm just feeling better because we always feel better as we come out of an ms attack. I won't know until he does another mri and we see if the lesions have decreased. I've got a lot of freckles up there ;0 I do get a high fever and fatigue after a treatment, not unlike that from avonex but not as bad as avonex. anyways, hope you are all doing well. oh yeah, does anyone have that link to a free credit report that somebody once posted in here? it was to a site that didn't inundate you with offers and junk emails. I got my first dose of IV benadryl at my first tysabri infusion, i started getting all rashy and itchy, like burning next thing I know that injected my IV and I was out like a light. had to call for a ride home. kinda funny.. > > Hi Mindy, I have been on Tysabri now for a full year, and haven't had a flare, so I think it is working for me! The copaxone wasn't doing it for me at all, so I thank God for the Tysabri. Unfortunately, I do have chest pain and trouble breathing with the Tysabri, so I have to take tylenol and benadryl prophelatically each time prior to infusion. The last time, I wound up in the ER with increased chest pain and pressure. They gave me IV benadryl and adavan. That looped me real good! and took away the pain and pressure.
