Wow, thanks Norma, that is really pretty low carb. I am going to make this again.

a's fudge ????

Stan's Almost FudgeServes 16 Carbs:( )8 ounces cream cheese (8)3 Tbsp. cocoa (9)1/4 cup heavy cream (2)1 teaspoon peanut butter (1)2 packets Equal (2)6 packets Sweet One (6)4 packets stevia (4)Melt cream cheese and peanut butter in microwave for 1-2 minutes at30-second intervals. Stir in cocoa until creamy. Combine together in amixing bowl and whisk in cream and sweetener. CAn I use all splenda?

Yes I used all splenda when I made it. I just totaled up the packages.

I'm planing on making it soon. It sounds so yummy and I have

my mom and sister to help me eat it.

Is one pack of it a teaspoon? I have bought the bulk kind in

a box...

Kara,

I just measured it for you. One packet is about half a teaspoon. Good luck. YOu have to leave it in the freezer for a while otherwise it is too messy. And it doesn't really taste like fudge, but it is good. I may make some more tonight.

one packet is equal to two teaspoons in sweetening in the packet form in the lose form it measures teaspoon for teaspoon so if you are using the lose form used two tsp for each packet
