Vitamins

I now have all my vitamins. I have to make this easy or it won't get

done. I am doing it this way:

Armour & Isocort on first rising.

B complex and C with breakfast

Isocort late morning

Mulit Vitamin with lunch

I may insert Armour late afternoon

EFA with evening meal

Calcium w/ Magnesium and D at bedtime

Also Melatoinin at bedtime.

Chewable C's throughout the day

This doesn't look so simple when I write it down. Anyway how does it

sound?
