I am doing it this way: Armour & Isocort on first rising. B complex and C with breakfast Isocort late morning Mulit Vitamin with lunch I may insert Armour late afternoon EFA with evening meal Calcium w/ Magnesium and D at bedtime Also Melatoinin at bedtime.
