I am looking for a good bread maker and a white

bread recipe. Any

advice would be helpful. We have not found a good

white bread that our

son will eat.

Have you tried either the buttermilk bread or the sourdough from " The

Gluten-Free Pantry " by Roben Ryberg? My 5 yr old likes both of them.

FYI, they are made with a mixer, rather than a bread machine, but both

are very easy.
