luanne, i say the best way for you to get back into the support-group loop is to just forget about those 1,000 postings, and just forge on ahead as if you didn't miss a beat.

jim and i have been praying for all of you while you were away on this trip. how wonderful, to get to read your recap of ty's make-a-wish! i'm impressed that of all the wishes he could wish, that his wish had such a focus on family time. and ty, being ty... well, never a dull moment with that guy! you absolutely had me on the edge of my seat there for a second, wondering if he was going to be able to get his jeep all mud-encrusted in the badlands... but praise God, he did! wow, i can't believe your rv was not only parked near that of a young girl transplanted just a month ago for PBC... but also the rv of a liver tx surgeon! God is good, to provide you with this way in which your mind could set aside the ever-present momma worries, and settle down to relax, if only just a bit.

i wish travis didn't have to be away, and that ty didn't have to experience all those doctors, but all in all, it sounds like -- all things considered -- that you all did have a wonderful time together. we'll be sure to keep your mom in our prayers, travis too... until he's home from japan, and especially ty, as he continues to come off the effects of all those yucky but necessary drugs.

God bless you all as you celebrate our country's birthday, in such a musical way :-)

thanks again for sharing your experience with us. boring? never!

looking forward to seeing your posted pictures!

much love,

maureen & jim

p.s. i'd appreciate your prayers, for me, next wednesday -- as i undergo another sinus surgery... ugh.
