Guest guest
I recieved my son's York testing results and they have determined him to have IgG delayed food allergies to Soy and Yeast which he should avoid all together and to a lesser degree Corn, Rice, Milk, Apple and Egg Whites. I am having a hard time imagining what the kid will eat with just eliminating the soy and yeast. They said that yeast is in cheese, peanut butter, vinegar, mayo, catsup, etc. etc., etc. and that soy is in TONS of things including chocolate - yikes! Has anyone had the York testing done and then done the elimination of the major food intolerances. I would love to hear your experiences.
