55 pounds is dosed at 500mg. 3x a day. the antifungal needs to be an azole. the therapy is long term (it's difficult to predict "how long" one stays on it-- every child is different..)Sent from my iPhone

any one inform me how can i use valtrex and anti fungal for my son 4 years old and how is the suitable dose for him he is 25 kelos and how long should i 'll give him,, please i need urgent answer
