He and I have noticed his balance and LE weakness has declined. I feel his impingement is due to excessively using his UE's with transfers due to LE weakness. I have a new script for balance training but I want to know if I need to add a difficulty walking or gait instability code, or can I treat the balance under the shoulder code because they are related?
