For those of you near Mountain View /Silicon Valley: Global Blends cafe on Castro St. in Mountain View now offers GF sandwiches! Depending on the day, they have sandwiches on focaccio, white bread or whole grain style bread - close to delivery day, you have choices, end of the week, they may run out. They use breads by I Can Eat That Bakery, which they also sell frozen for baking at home. I have no commercial interest in this cafe, just passing along the GF option info.
