Guest guest
i used to do tri's but got into bad accident on my bike , I live with a whole family of triathletes so understand your frustration at not being able to exercise. 4/5 of my sons have placed in the top 5 nationally in their age groups. Like you my husband has been in 2 accidents (he was hit by a car which wasn't supposed to be on the course) during triathlons one of which reaquired surgery on his shoulder. I am the person with PSC and have never done triathlons but have been their support person. They especially appreciate me during their marathons when they want a dry shirt or dry sock (if it is snowing or raining). I hope you are able to find a solution and get back on the road.
