Guest guest
I didn't mean scrubbing in a literal sense. More like absorbing the sludge off the walls of the colon. Americans eat so badly in general that more than half of their food doesn't get digested but rots in the colon hence the indigestion and gas that most people consider normal. In this group there are many more reasons for digestive discomfort but believe me there are alot more unnecessary procedures being pushed by the establishment that are way more invasive than a little coffee in the colon... Guest guest
Bad idea and it doesn't work. Your colon is designed to " flush " itself without any aide whatsoever. If you eat a decent amount of fibre you assist it in it's normal functions. In the case of those of us with IBD but in all others as well, there is the risk of significant injury (bowel perforation), sickness and death in having enemas. Why make your life worse or cause death doing something that isn't going to help you in any way, shape or form? -- Aubrey MD, PSC 1981, LTX 10/5/
