Just was thinking about that cheese gravy........

Cheese (especially the sharper ones) are high in Tyrosine, which is a building

block(?) of thyroid hormones!I believe too that there is benefits with sweet

tea!(I never knew about that until I moved from Vegas to Waco,Texas 2 and a half

years ago).And please------do not forget the Pecan pie!(the pecans have some

selenium!)

I crave parmesan CHEESE!!!!!!
