Garden Veggie Deviled Eggs

Serves 12

Ingredients:

6 eggs, hard-boiled -- peeled

3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise -- or Salad Dressing

1 tablespoon red bell pepper -- chopped

1 tablespoon green onion -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon mustard

2 tablespoons carrot -- finely grated

salt and pepper -- to taste

Directions:

Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out egg yolks; mash with fork.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill egg whites with egg yolk

mixture, heaping slightly.

Per serving: 43 Calories (kcal); 3g Total Fat; (57% calories from

fat); 3g Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; 106mg Cholesterol; 84mg Sodium
