Guest guest Posted November 11, 2005 Report Share Posted November 11, 2005 Garden Veggie Deviled Eggs Serves 12 Ingredients: 6 eggs, hard-boiled -- peeled 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise -- or Salad Dressing 1 tablespoon red bell pepper -- chopped 1 tablespoon green onion -- finely chopped 1 teaspoon mustard 2 tablespoons carrot -- finely grated salt and pepper -- to taste Directions: Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out egg yolks; mash with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping slightly.
