LYNDA!! I was wondering if you finally got to sleep somehow and

never woke back up yet! Glad to hear it! I had been wondering if

the estriol was helping. I am SO GLAD you got some sleep! You were

running on empty. It's amazing how good a person can feel when she's

had a decent nights sleep! diana

,

I will write to you on the other list about the estriol when I have been taking

it for a week, I think it is too soon at the moment to know what is happening.

Also, I might not be able to access my computer tomorrow. It needs to be moved

to allow a new window to be fitted. Kids threw a stone at it a couple of weeks

ago and smashed the outer pane of a double glazed unit. Thank goodness the

insurance covered it although we still have to pay £50 excess.

I feel just the opposite, I am home alone all day so I rely on emails to stop me

feeling lonely!

I can sit here in my mess in complete denial while the computer is on

and time is passing...and also while my best hours of the day energy-

wise go by...but it's just like if my car is in the shop...if I KNOW

I am housebound, I buckle down and do what I need to do...I have to

think up all kinds of things to make myself focus and stay on the

task at hand....I am all over the map...and if there's any reading

material in the house - even a shampoo bottle label to read while I

am sitting on the john, I am dead! I have this compulsion to read,

read read! People's tee shirts...I have to read what's on

them...LOL...although I don't like some woman I don't know catching

me staring at her chest!

I do the same thing! My Dad used to say I have a one-track mind. I'ts

true, if my mind is on thyroid, I'm not much good for anything else. I

have really been needing to do office work, but keep sidetracking back

to this board!
