We do have to been on the lookout all the time. , What great ideas on the quesadillas. I think I'll make some tonight for dinner & try to put some diced veggies inside. I usually make them without that second tortilla on top, and then it's clearly visible what's on top of it. But.... If I put that second tortilla on top to enclose the ingredietns some more...
