Guest guest
Hi, Can anyone tell me if the CSA book is worth the money? Is the information contained in the book valuable? Can the information be attained elsewhere? I'm fairly new and don't know where to start. I just don't know what I can or can't eat. For example, I had green chili's in a can tonight and I'm wondering if they were processed using wheat? This transition seems stressful. Any leads as to where to start would be greatly appreciated. I know buying foods from specialty stores can be expensive. Where can I get a list of products more commercially (i.e. large grocery chains) available? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
