Being " values " driven there is no right or wrong answers but provides additional data for the hiring process. Personality Screen for hiring I'm curious if many people are using a pre-employment " Personality " screen. (not interested in background or licensure checks) 1) If so, are you using it post or pre-offer? 2) Who are vendors or type test? 3) HH/SNF/Hosp/Clinic? 4) What are your factors to preclude hiring?
