Also try looking in the health food section at your grocery store. My

favorite cereal has 400mg of Omega 3 in it. It doesn't sound like much, but

every

little bit helps to not have to take another pill!

Welcome! I'm sorry you have reason to be here, but an very glad that you

have found you way here. I hope you find this extended kidney family as

warm and useful as I have.

You have not provided too much information at all. I know I always find it

useful to have someone's numbers in hand. You have done an awesome job in

gett the protein and BP under control. If you have a moment, can you share

with the group how you accomplished that one? I'm sure there are many folks

out there who are trying to get to where you are!

As for fish oil - we do the requisite 12 grams a day - 6 grams with AM meds

and 6 grams with PM meds. This has not been problematic.
