Guest guest
I am losing weight rapidly....about 3 lbs a week. Cannot stop even though I'm eating more than I used to because I live with constant spasms. Every breath I take is impacted by muscle spasms. Add to this dramatic mood swings--which at times means I skip meals and meds. My doctor doesn't realize the gravity of my situation because he is self educating on mito disease. I have actually asked for a stomach pump and worried that I am going to die and no one will take me seriously.I spasm constantly. Please, any advice is welcome. Guest guest
I'm going to try to get into Cleveland or UVA asap I'm going to talk to my general practitioner who knows nothing but will help as he can to get me to the best place to go. deafness dystonia is considered one of the mitochondrial diseases but for some reason is a bit different and I've been told the UVA guys are the best with this one. We shall see. Thank you > > > > I am losing weight rapidly....about 3 lbs a week. Cannot stop even > > though I'm eating more than I used to because I live with constant > > spasms.
