should we start MB12 shots when beginning potty protocol?

We saw Dr. Rossignol last week and just now our MB12 shots arrived. I was planning on starting the 10 day potty training protocol. Do you think it's okay to start at the same time? I've heard that MB12 can cause hyperactivity, but I don't know how much hyperactivity. Should I wait a week? I hate to wait because we waiting

so long to get to this point. I don't have another opportunity to do the bathroom protocol so that takes priority. Thanks for the help.
