sugar crystals

thanks for the posts on the sugar cookies, i will definitely try

adding vanilla and more sugar, hate to waste such expensive batter!!

also, i have two jars of sugar crystals, one red and one green, of

course they have no label on them. I know i should probably just not

use them since i don't know but does anyone know, would there be

anything dangerous in colored sugar crystals?

Personally, sugar crystals are something I don't worry about. But as

it happens, I have a jar of them right at hand:

Cake Mate brand sugar crystals:

sugar, food coloring, carnuba wax, confectioner's glaze.

It does not specify what is in the confection's glaze, but my little

celiac eats the sugar crystals just about daily, and it doesn't bother

him.
