Question about dripping yogurt

I just made cashew yogurt and it seems to have worked out okay. I

want to drip it to make it thicker - do you keep the watery part

that drips out for anything? It seems like such a waste to just

throw it out but I am not sure what to do with it.

I gave it to my son once but he didn't like it. The plants do.
