Guest guest
well miss joya advised me to take chromium picolonate and L-glutamine. I haven't been able to find the l-glutamine yet. And lets see what the supplement nag has to say............she is always very enlightening and if I had a fortune I would follow her advice for everything as it always seems to pertain to me. corky Sugar Cravings I missed the posts concerning sugar cravings. Would someone repeat thevitamins that control cravings? Are they taken in the evenings, morning, mid-day?Are they better absorbed on an empty stomach? Full stomach? How long does it take to notice the decrease in cravings?Thanks!Susie__________________________________________________
