WLS Thanksgiving Diabetic Fudge

Diabetic Fudge--EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

8 Servings

1 Envelope of plain gelatin

1/4 c Water

1 Square unsweetened chocolate

1/8 teas. Cinnamon

3/4 teas. Liquid food sweetener

1/4 c Water

1/2 c Evaporated milk

1/2 teas. Vanilla

1/4 c Chopped nuts

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Melt chocolate with

cinnamon

and sweetener over low heat continuously stirring; add milk and

water slowly.

Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add vanilla,

cool. When

mixture begins to thicken, add nuts. Turn into cold pan. When firm

cut into

pieces.
