Guest guest Posted November 11, 2005 Report Share Posted November 11, 2005 Diabetic Fudge--EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! 8 Servings 1 Envelope of plain gelatin 1/4 c Water 1 Square unsweetened chocolate 1/8 teas. Cinnamon 3/4 teas. Liquid food sweetener 1/4 c Water 1/2 c Evaporated milk 1/2 teas. Vanilla 1/4 c Chopped nuts Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener over low heat continuously stirring; add milk and water slowly. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, cool.
