I read that we go through B vitamins faster when our metabolism revs up. Gentle

B vitamins work best in concert with the others in certain ratios...they are used by the body better that way...also they wash out of our bodies and are not stored,(water soluable) so they need to be replenished every day. B- complex should usually be taken with food to prevent upset stomach, or burping, etc. They are the ones that color your pee bright yellow... I have tried B-complex 100 an even higher dose of the b- complex vitamins but although I have been taking B-complex 50 for so many years, the B-100 is a bit much for me to handle...some can take it, some can't...start with B-complex and work up to using B-50 the second bottle..it can be slightly hard on the digestive system or cause a little diarrhea in some people. and C is important to help you strengthen your adrenals and to use those B's well. Guest guest
Hey Gentle, I bought some B-Complex with vitamin C made by Nature Made. I will start using them tomorrow. It says to take one a day, is this something that should not be taken close to the ARmour? thanks

I'm not sure but I don't take anything within a couple of hours of Armour - not food, not vitamins, not anything but water... Gentle

I'm glad it's got some C in it!!
