Guest guest Posted September 25, 2008 Report Share Posted September 25, 2008 After we bill insurance and get a partial payment due to our billed amount exceeds our contract agreement can we bill the secondary paying insurance for the excess? If there is no secondary insurance can we bill the client or does our contract with the intial payer limit us to whatever they pay?
