Guest guest
Hi Shona, When I had 3.5 mls in my band I had refux day and night. I had to take Zantac or generic version cheaper called Rani. *eat you night meal early as possible. *coffee chocolate wine spicy foods no good *milk yogurt where a help low fat of course *if you feel the burn and your not quite due to take a tab just take it anyway because if you leave it you tissues will be sore from the reflux and make it more uncomfortable to eat. *sometimes the reflux would wake me through the night and I would take a tab through the night. * carry your tabs with you every where car handbag etc. if you need them you need them straight away *if it gets to bad have some fluid out it should relieve it I put up with it for 3 months quite servere but the weight fell off me in that time. Hope this is some help to you. your situation may be different to mine but this is just my experience. Good luck Lynda. Reflux > Hi, just a quick question.
