Hi Tom,Fellow CT friend over here!  In case no one replied yet, if you're interested in DAN! doctors in the state, the two I know of are Dr. Eileen Comia and Dr. O'Hara in Wilton.  I believe that Dr. O'Hara is much larger and has a whole practice with many disciplines such as neurofeedback and bioset and an associate practicing homotoxicology, however we've seen Dr. Comia, as she is right around the corner from us.  If you need any advice in terms of behavioral therapies, I have some opinions and know of some good providers in the state.  If you are interested in some alternative treatments there are also some really good centers for manual therapy and chiropractic if you are interested.   If you have any deeper questions, please e-mail me offboard.

Also, please feel free to join our new group:  http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/CT_Autism_Biomed/Good luck in your journey,

I always do this. And I love it best for figuring out it supplements

will interact. Of course I ask docs and research first, but then I take

the meds together to see if I feel any crazy symptoms denoting an

interaction. Being ill has lead me to quickly help my children. It's a

blessing in disguise.

Love and prayers,

Heidi N

It is helpful in treating your son when you find a good guinea pig

parent that has the same underlying illnesses as your child. You can

experiment on your husband in a bigger way than you would want to with

your child. Also, you can test your husband for infections that may not

show up on your child's tests as your child's immune system is not

likely working normally.
