Guest guest Posted January 1, 2010 Report Share Posted January 1, 2010 looks like a great list too :-) Jackie Cool...Here's mine: 1) Consider what is truly important to me at ALL times. 2) Practice the power of visualization on a daily basis (a meditation I learned) 3) Strive for a career that makes me happy--NOT one that I think I should go into for lots of money or for my perception. 4) Learn listen to my inner critic (which is vicious) and listen to my inner child so that I can be a nurturer and parent to BOTH and a victim to neither, and to truly love and accept them as a part of my being since there is something more in me. 5) To enjoy my own inner happiness without guilt or shame. 6) Continue to push myself and my limits for my betterment even if I am afraid and to avoid the feeling that I am not *good enough* or *worthy*. 7) Eventually forgive my FOO--but this year I would like to first forgive MYSELF. 8) Keep reminding myself that although I am not perfect, there are parts of me that are INCREDIBLE. 9) Continue to keep up my great friendships for myself and my friends. I used to let friendships slide and abandon myself in work and self-loathing. 10) Find the wonder and beauty in both the dark times and the light times, and continue to pray the serenity prayer.
