Tris, your post just totally made my day! I'm so happy for you

guys. You certainly deserve to have a very smooth experience this

time around! I'm also SO happy they gave you the full refund

finally. I'm really glad you're finally having a good experience

and Colin is finally on the round to rounding! Thanks for such a

great update.

Tris,

I am so happy for you that Colin is doing do well in his new band.

It can be so distruptive and stressful when you find yourself in a

situation where you terminate treatment at one facility and start

over at another. You are perservering in getting the treatment

that's right for your baby, and you certainly deserve some plagio

correction! I'm pleased that you are receiving good patient service

from the people at Cranial Tech. And the full refund must have been

a relief!

Please update us on how Colin's growth spurts and adjustments go,

Yay Tris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm SO happy you rec'd a FULL refund at long last from your former

orthotist! Yay!

And I'm happy to hear how pleased you are w/the new DOCband. I too

was amazed at the differences between my Abby's STARband & her

DOCband. Our DOCband also was SO easy to put on & take off and quite

a bit lighter in weight as well. Colin is at long last on the road

to roundness!
