Guest guest
, Sorry to hear things at work are so stressful and depressing. If insurance is a major obstacle than changing jobs may be a valid option. Group insurers, as I understand it, are not allowed to deny you coverage if you were previously covered. Granted your deductible may be higher. Any rate, it sounds as though your employer is getting the necessary paper work in order if you get my drift. If you have been able to perform your duties without affecting other associates, then you should start building your defense. I don't how it all works and may be different in Washington (where you live?) than in Texas. I know Ken (Barb) was fired for BS reasons. Steve seems to have a lot of knowledge regarding unlawful termination so maybe he can offer advise. Good luck and hope things turnaround at work. Looking for a new job is stressful enough without having baggage so to speak. On the bright side, congrats on the bird. Nice to get it out of the way but what did you do the rest of the time? Is one turkey the limit? Darin
