The Site Hit counter registers for every page - Therefore, the Hit count

is un-naturally high.

The http://www.ozband.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro page indicates

EST - But time is not EST.

There's now a BMI calculator on the ozband website at

Can everyone test this out and see if it works ok.

And if I can get some information for the faqs and other areas that

would be appreciated.

My testing shows that it doesn't, only if you hit reload. If you load

the pages normally it doesn't increment the hit counter. Do you want

to check this again?

Uhm yeah, I gave up working out the time zone in aus, vs the time zone

on the server and the time zone of the time zone for aus. The time

should be approx australian time, I'll get to that soon.

Thanks for the feedback.

Yes - Everytime I load another page - The Hit counter increments.

Actually, the time is PDT - Hint: Get the time off the user machine.

Thanks for the feedback.

Of course, You can go and critique my web page, anytime.

>Very nice darl....you have been working hard over there.

Thanks,

I'm supposed to be working but as I only have 4 working days to go I

decided to work on the website in between. <don't care anymore

attitude>

I have 9 kilos to go before I can get out of the 40's range :(

Does anyone have some more accurate ranges for the BMI? I have the

following that I used but I'm not sure if this is really accurate. I

had a look around but couldn't find anything better.

I've formatted this to make it easier to read.

if (b<19) = " A BMI value of less than 18 may be unhealthy. " ;

if ((b>18.9) & & (b < 22))

= " A BMI value of 19-22 is optimal. " ;

if ((b > 21.9) & & (b<23))

= " A BMI value of 22-23 is better than average. " ;

if ((b >22.9) & & (b<26))

= " A BMI value of 23-26 is average. " ;

if ((b >25.9) & & (b<30))

= " A BMI value of 26-30 poses a moderate risk. " ;

if ((b >29.9) & & (b<40))

= " A BMI value of 30-40 poses a high risk. " ;

if (b > 39.9)

= " A BMI value over 40 poses a severe or dangerous risk. " ;

Must be an American thing :) The counter is being replace very soon

anyhow. It's a temporary thing.

Can't, it works off server time. I will sort that out but I got a

headache last time working out multiple timezones.

I will.

The cheque is in the mail too ($20 in this case and leaving tomorrow).

You should receive that sometime in the future.

The website looks great and the BMI calculator works well. It was nice

finding out my BMI indicates I have gone from severe dangerous risk category

to high risk :))
