Selection of Non HIV+ve as GIPA Coordinator in Jharkhand SACS

Dear Friends,

Greetings from BNP+(An affiliated body of INP+). Today I got

information from Jharkhand PLWHA Network President that one non

positive had been recruited as a GIPA Coordinator.

What I know that GIPA coordinator is the post for the PLWHA. Means

those people who are living with HIV virus.

This non positive man who had recruited now as a GIPA Co-coordinator,

was previously the incharge of the care and support of JSACS. But

What I know a care and support incharge should be from Medical Doctor

background. But without that backgroung how he became the incharge of

Care and support of JSACS.

One thing I can tell you it can be happen because may be it is

Jharkhand.

And regarding the local HIV+vs networks, they are very new.

So I would like to request NACO to see this matter.
