Guest guest
I don't know what levoxyl is...isn't that T4 only just like synthroid?? (the brain's not firing on all cylinders this AM).....anyway, " tired but wired " is a big adrenal fatigue symptom...let me post a couple more thngs about adrenals....ne in France has a great site and Dr. Lam is on there - with good info about adrenals: http://www.drlam.com/A3R_brief_in_doc_format/adrenal_fatigue.cfm take a look at this and I will post one other thing that I think explains the dangers of going on thryoid without strong adrenals or giving adrenal support. You know, I have battled insomnia for years, but this > has got to be the worst case I have EVER gone through. It's like you > are in a constant daydream state during the night. Guest guest
You know, I will NEVER be able to convince the endo to even test for adrenal fatigue. Can I heal them on my own - COMPLETELY and safely? Is it just a matter of taking all my vitamins and minerals and supplimenting with the licorice root and adrenal glandulars. And how long do I need to do this for? I am nervous. I don't want to do anymore damage than I have already done to myself. It gets really nerve racking when you feel like you have to take your own health into your own hands and become your own doctor. Thanks kindly!!! > You know, I have battled insomnia for years, but this > > has got to be the worst case I have EVER gone through. The B-complex vitamins, vtiamin C and pantothenic acid are so important for proper function of adrenals...use those every day...they are very resilient glands and will recharge of you take care of yourself!! Guest guest
> I got really sick off the licorice root because it can cause major spikes of the adrenals. come to think of it, I actually used to get pains in my kidneys (adrenals) sometimes when I took licorice root drops...but it seemed to help my stamina...I didn't care for the pains tho.
