Guest guest
Try adding some espresso powder to it. It's good. And I can't make it or it's too tempting. I easily stop with a couple of splenda-ed chocolate almonds. I think it's the lack of sugar that doesn't kick in the insulin overproduction so it's not a problem. Pudding, on the other hand, . . . . Uff Da!!! Jane

Guest guest
I think the chocolate covered almonds are from one of the internet stores.........did you manage to only eat one serving of the pudding? I can't make it because I eat it all. I may have it next week, though - if I have a good enough woosh this week. I won't gain with it, but I won't lose, either. I need to get off my butt and exercise and drink water. I really feel heavy. corky Re: SF chocolate pudding I think the chocolate covered almonds are from one of the internet stores.........did you manage to only eat one serving of the pudding? Guest guest
I'd say the problem is wasas AND pudding - not OR. Also - the flour in the gravy is not doing you any favors. I thicken mine with cream cheese and cream and sometimes also sour cream. Drink that water, girlie!
Guest guest
Yes a get off your butt and exercise or you will be too out of shape to do it like me. It is scary to be getting older and not being in shape. Now look after your self because no one else is going to. You are numero uno! Guest guest
well there was only a tablespoon or so in about one and a half quarts of gravy. It's gone now, I finished the pot roast. Am wondering if I should go buy a pork roast today or concentrate on the deli ham that only has a few days left to it. Salads, salads, salads. I am really trying to cook here. corky Re: SF chocolate pudding I'd say the problem is wasas AND pudding - not OR. Also - the flour in the gravy is not doing you any favors. So do that and the exercise will come later. I will MAKE you. corky Re: SF chocolate pudding Yes a get off your butt and exercise or you will be too out of shape todo it like me.
