Dear Forum ,

Thanks for bringing the truth in to the limelight.

I would appreciate the point of advocating for preference instead of

reservation. It is very valid and quite logical and convincing.

As rightly stated, I too often wonder, Why all civil society organizations and

the state are considering degree of sociology or psychology. In the words of

Bernard Shaw " All graduates are not educated " . Therefore skills are important

rather than qualification.

I would request the state and civil society organizations to give at least some

points for attitude when they recruit counselors and other staffs.
