supplements...legal or not?

hi, this is my first posting...wondering about a few of the

ingredients of a few of the supplements ive been giving my four year

old (ASD)...are the following legal... " potato starch, rice bran

defatted extract,bakers yeast or brewers yeast " ...my bet is that they

arent...if anyone knows please let me know. also, if my son is on a

strict gluten,casien, free diet do i need to do the intro diet for

children with asd or can i just jump into the diet? THANKS!

If you can do the intro even just 2 days it will help. After that gradually

Definitely illegals in there. Potato starch and rice bran for

sure. I'm not sure on the others. Have you gone to

www.pecanbread.com yet? I think a lot of your questions will be

answered there. And I would definitely do the intro diet if

possible. It makes it easier to tell which foods your child isn't

tolerating and gives the gut a chance to heal.
