The Soy Sauce IS LABELED as (100% Soybean) on the box, at least for that product, so I don't think it's ignorance on the company's part - maybe I'm wrong. I remember when I first went gluten free I stopped eating the Jambalaya because it said Soy Sauce on it. Now I'll be back to eating this regularly.
