kylie2005m wrote: what kind of vitamins do you take.

I am looking for new brands to try. Chewables are so expensive more

than regular tablets. I still have problems swallowing big pills.

Calcium tablets are like horse pills. Can we break them up. Does that

ruin the effect or do we take chewables forever

Please let me know what you use and where you buy your brand of

vitamins.

HI........I use the bariatric advantage, they are a little more expensive,

but I figure it balances out in the foods I no longer eat. :) I still can't

stand swallowing big vitamins and I'm almost two years out.

What is going on here? this is not what this group is about, we welcome all

questions, and we answer them to the best of our ability. any problems that you

have, keep them off of the board, there are people here looking of others

opinions. so if there is a problem that you are having , go to the creator

privately, don't put it on the board for everyone to see. and i really don't

care who u r. Have some respect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you.

YAY !

You done good, girl!! The focus should be on support. What is support, other

than helping people who have questions or problems?

You'd be a good co-moderator. Why don't you consider giving Robyn the help

she asked for earlier?
