Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I had 2 weeks off when I started taking tamoxifen and I put on 2 kilos. I didn't really know if not working caused the weight gain or the Tamoxifen. Well I have been back at work for 2 weeks and I have lost my 2 kilos. I've been taking Tamoxifen for 5 weeks. I've been following the story about Rhonda and have been quite upset by what she's been going through. Because I only joined this site in May I thought that all you guys knew her for a long time. I thought it was amazing that a Private Jet picked up the doctor. Also that you couldn't send cards in the postage as the nurses could have sent them home with Rhondas mum. Maybe one of you could ring the hospital and see if a Rhonda Briggs(?) is at that hospital. nne didn't you send her a pink ribbon? Oh yes I go back to my surgeon for my checkup today....its 6 months since I had my mascetomy. From Australia.
Guest guest
Hi , I have done extensive research in the past few days regarding Ronda. I tried BOTH hospitals in her town where she was/is supposed to be. I asked for ICU and to speak to her Mother or one of her nurses, Jane, Jen or , NEITHER of the hospitals, knew anything about her being a patient and one even asked who her dr was and I told them and they didn't know who he was!! Yes I had made Ronda a breast cancer blanket at one time. hugs nne Breast Cancer Patients Soul Mates for Lifehttp://www.geocities.com/chucky5741/breastcancerpatients.html Check out my breast cancer ornaments at:http://www.geocities.com/chucky5741/bcornament.htmlalso check out my other ornaments and lots of nice gifts at:http://www.cancerclub.com Tamoxifen Hi Everyone, I had 2 weeks off when I started taking tamoxifen and I put on 2 kilos. Guest guest
> I have done extensive research in the past few days regarding > Ronda. OK, the outcome of your search is really sad & hurtful to many. Whenever I looked at the internet site (looking at archives), I could see that " she " was on-line. BUT, let's put that aside & let's think about the POSITIVE !! She is a dead issue for me. Actually, it could be a " he " too. Here are some +++'s (that's positive -- at least in batteries): Yesterday, I saw my surgeon who did the lumpectomy on Aug 4. This was the 3 month check-up. All is superb !! Friday, I'll see the oncologist for the next step. hugs to all for a wonderful day today & tomorrow, Lili <http://www.geocities.com/weaverlili>

Guest guest
Yes, I thought someone greeted her in the beginning as though you knew her from a cancer seige she had been here with long ago. I thought she sent someone a nice brown wig from her former chemo treatment that she didn't expect to use again, and someone here thanked her for it. Can someone call the hospital -- If you say you are a " friend " they might just tell you her condition as critial, not critical, etc. Right?
